Among many other topics his focus is predominantly on key customers, suppliers and corporations. Robert Eichler is an enthusiastic hunter with over 15 years of experience. As a dog handler and hunting supervisor in a NöLJV test area, Mr. Eichler has acquired special knowledge in the field of predator and wild boar hunting. He is happy to share his extensive knowledge of hunting weapons and night vision technology with you.

Andreas Zach began his professional career in 2015 with an apprenticeship as a weapons and ammunition dealer at Joh. Springer’s Erben. Michael Schäffel bought his first .357 Magnum about 30 years ago from Joh. Springer’s heirs. After many years in management in well-known companies in Germany and abroad, he has now returned to his old passion. Peter Tobler joined Joh. Springer‘s Erben as Head of Auctions in the fall of 2021. Mr. Tobler has been in managerial role in several internationally active trading companies. As a competition-experienced sport shooter paired with a preference for modern and domestic products, he combines sales experience with a passion for our auction items. Overall responsible for the auction house, Mr. Tobler’s focus is absolutely on the contact and exchange with our customers and contributors.

Josef Mötz is a lawyer, reserve officer and internationally renowned expert for handguns and military weapons. He has been active in the study of weapons and ammunition for 45 years, has been one of the most productive Austrian authors in the field of law, weapons and ammunition history and technological development since 1979 and publishes in renowned weapons journals. At Joh. Springer’s Erben, he is our expert for the valuation and cataloguing of handguns and militaria.

Sabrina Nemeth has been with Joh. Springer’s Erben since 2023. Her extensive experience in office organization helps us to make the auction process efficient. I started my career as a gunsmith 18 years ago. As a trained carpenter, gunsmith and metal engraver, I worked for several years in a large armaments company and then taught practical classes at a Czech gunsmith school for 9 years. Traditional craftsmanship is my passion and that is why I now support the workshop at Joh. Springer’s Erben.
